Steve Parr, Senior Vice President at JEO Consulting Group, Inc. brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Village of Alvo. With 36 plus years of experience Parr has served as key contributor for many projects.

 

Parr will prepare cost opinions for potential projects, analyze the Board of Trustees input on the One and Six Year plan to compose a plan best suited for Alvo, update the NDOT Lane Mile Report, identifying and prioritizing infrastructure projects, assist with applying and securing funding, and much more.​
